Our mission statement is to be the best value in Whistler. Value is a combination of price, service, and quality. We may not be the Chateau (and we do not charge Chateau rates), but we do work extremely hard to clean and maintain our homes and keep them stocked with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. AllSeason Vacation Rentals was first started by an owner at Glaciers Reach in 1998. It was purchased in 2000 by Trevor Chelswick (me) and I have run it ever since. I only manage townhomes that have private hot tubs at Glaciers Reach. After three years of rapid growth, I capped my company at 20 homes in 2003. This cap was put in place so that I could focus on providing time and attention to my guests, the owners, and the homes. Unlike most rental management companies in Whistler, AllSeason Vacation Rentals does not sub-contract out the cleaning. I believe that this hands-on style of management gives me more control over the quality of the homes in terms of cleaning and maintenance. AllSeason Vacation Rentals does not operate a front desk. We use a remote access system that provides our guests the ability to go directly to their homes. This may seem strange at first to guests who are more accustomed to a traditional hotel, however our return guests really enjoy the convenience of this system. I hope that you were able to find and get into your home easily. In case there are issues at check-in or any time, I make myself available 24/7 via my cell phone 1 888 922 8882. Although my wife does not always appreciate this, I am sure that my guests do. Being on call motivates me and my staff to prevent issues; I hope that this has been your experience. I genuinely care about my company, my homes and my guests and I hope that this shows.
